TERMS AND CONDITIONSAIR-CONDITIONING CHECK-UP: Company will provide for the covered equipment, a Safety & Performance Check-up program, twice a year at intervals of approximately six month, by a qualified technician. APPLIANCE CHECK-UP: Company will provide for all your major appliances, one annual Safety & Performance Check-up program, by a qualified technician. TRIP CHARGES: Company will provide at NO CHARGE to members, unlimited diagnostic service calls, to check covered equipments for operational problems during regular service working hours. " Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM "Except Holidays." PREFERENTIAL SERVICE: Members will receive PRIORITY in scheduling regular or emergency services, delivery, and installation of new equipment. REPAIR CHARGES: Labor and Material, not covered by warranty, and/or any repairs services provided during regular or emergency service hours, will be charged at prevailing rates, LESS 10% preferential members discount. EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT: Purchases of new. A/C, Heating, and Appliance will qualify for 5% Discount off Regular price, "Not Sale or Special prices". RECORDS: Company will maintain records of, equipment condition, maintenance, or repairs performed by us. WARRANTY: Will be extended to 'One year on Parts, and related Labor". TERM: The Agreement is valid for one year. Starting on the date of receiving, a full payment of the annual membership fees.
