P C C  Program is offered in 2 Categories:

  •  DIAMOND PLAN: Annual Fee For 1st A/C System $ 139.95 -       2nd system $ 89.95.

  • GOLDEN PLAN: Annual Fee For 1st A/C System $ 89.95 - 2nd system $ 69.95.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Air-Conditioning Preventive Maintenance Program: Company will provide for the covered equipment, a tune-up and maintenance program. Twice a year, at approximately six months intervals by a qualified technician, after any existing defects which are noted in our initial service report are corrected.

Appliance check-up: Company will provide for all your major appliances one annual safety and performance check-up program, by a qualified technician.

TRIP CHARGES: Company will provide at  NO CHARGE to members, unlimited diagnostic service calls to check covered equipment for operational problems during regular working hours." Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM "Except Holidays

PREFERENTIAL SERVICE: Members will receive PRIORITY in scheduling regular and emergency services, delivery, and installation of new equipment.

REPAIR CHARGES: Labor and Material not covered by warranty, and/or any repair services provided during regular or emergency service hours, will be charged at prevailing rates, LESS 10% preferential members discount. .

EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT: Purchases of new A/C, Heating, and Appliance will qualify for 5% Discount off regular prices "not Sale or Special prices".

RECORDS: Company will maintain records of equipment condition, maintenance, or repairs performed by us.

WARRANTY: Will be extended to " One year Parts and related Labor".

TERM: The Agreement is valid for one year. Starting on the date of receiving full payment of the annual membership fees.

 

GOLDEN PLAN:
